Connexion Sprint - February 16-17, 2012

What is a sprint?

A sprint is a period of concentrated group effort to advance the goals of an organization or project. Sprints are most notably tied to open-source software projects. A project might organize its community of programmers to gather in one place and focus their collective efforts on resolving bugs or implementing new features. It’s a hackathon!

What are the goals of the Connexions Sprint?

The Connexions Sprint is in some ways exactly the same as a typical coding sprint, where developers gather together to fix bugs and implement new software features. But this year, the Connexions Sprint is not just for code junkies any more; We will be hosting an authoring sprint, too!

Coding Sprint

The coding sprint will focus on:

  • Plone 4 migration
  • Bug fixes
  • Sword API enhancements
